Set your fleet foot free. Saucony's Progrid Kinvara 2 offers the best combination of lightweight materials and structure to give you a shoe that feels like you have nothing on your foot. ProGrid Lite in the heel offers shock attenuation and comfort, while the minimal midsole construction delivers standard protection from the pavement. This is a brand new update to the original Kinvara. A very low, lightweight offering, but still feeling very cushioned. Even though this is a very lightweight trainer, it is still very stable which is unusual in such a low profile shoe. The Saucony Kinvara is designed to have a more level midsole than a other running shoes, meant to stimulate the mid-to-forefoot strike which means there is less difference in height between heel and forefoot.
